21.01.2022 Over 26,000 hours in the making I would like to thank absolutely everyone who supported us, believed in us and who are continuing their journey with us. Pandemic or no pandemic. A dream is a dream and it does not wait for anyone. In 2 days we open our very first WOLFDEN. I put my dreams out there because I am not afraid of failure. This is the first of many locations. I promise you that. Here is a montage of the last 3 years. It has been a beautiful ride but it honestly feels like we are now truly beginning. Thank you again everyone. Much love

13.01.2022 Hey guys, coach dids here! Just letting you guys know that I have started a PT group on Saturday at the den 7:15am, this is not necessarily a class us such but more like a workshop. In these sessions I help you break down technique on certain lifts specifically compound lifts, perform supersets/tri sets and of course implement some functionality and mobility in there, my favourite approach to training. I’ve got a couple of spots available for tomorrow, if you are interested let me know via message, it is only a $10 fee. Happy Friday guys, go after it!

Coach Jason is the developer and creator of @powerden.au and will be running some amazing classes for our amazing members
