We recommend consuming at least 7 days from roast date (which is today, if you can wait that long! ), allowing the coffee to rest and flavours to mature. As the face of Wolfpack, we’re looking for a quick thinker who is bubbly, builds good rapport and has an assertive personality.... Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. An interest in coffee is a must. Weekends only, with the possibility of more shifts as they become available.

13.01.2022 Appreciation post.. Its hard to believe that on this day 5 years ago, we took a leap into the relative unknown and opened our little coffee roastery in Mortlake. Wed already spent the prior 2 years experimenting with roasting in Mums garage and what a roller coaster its been since then. There have been many changes throughout the years be it closing the old roastery, building and opening a new one, people who have come and gone, expanding the family quite literally with ...2 little boys... all the while learning so many lessons along the way.. The world may be a different place right now, filled with much uncertainty... but our constant has always been the original Wolfpack team and our amazing community. The whole purpose of this is to protect our customers, staff and community overall. ... While you may be upset at some of the steps taken, please remember that we are doing anything that is in our hands to help prevention. Better to be safe than sorry.
