25.01.2022 Hi its Gena from WolfsDen Dog Grooming. All appointments are currently suspended due the the extreme covid19 conditions here in Melton and the state of Victoria. 21.01.2022 Hi we are reopen and taking bookings. With the strict Covid19 distancing guidelines we have implemented a double gate drop off/pick up system. Upon drop off all leads and collars are to be removed and taken with you. Only one person may approach the salon. You place your pup in through the gate and close the outer gate and I will then open the inside gate to remove your pup. I will text you to say the grooming is complete and only one person will approach the salon to collect... the pup. Upon pick up I will then place your pup back inside the gate and you will them place collar and lead back on and remove your pup through the outer gate. A container is placed with disinfectant for payment to be paced into. Please be respectful that if there is one client already picking up there pup please say back until they have left before approaching. We will still be adhering to the strict COVID-19 guidelines and only one client to approach the salon and must be wearing a mask.
