13.01.2022 Bamboo x Gunta’s litter Last night we welcomed Bamboos litter of 3 puppies! Because of the small litter, the pups were too big for her to deliver and she had a c section. The first c section I’ve experienced as a dog breeder but I’m happy to report mum & pups are doing very well! Bamboo is bonding beautifully with her puppies and full of energy and the puppies are strong and feeding well. Here they are having a nap together *Pups are pre sold to people on my waitlist. Waitlist is currently full.

11.01.2022 CRATE TRAINING Day 1 of crate training started today! The first step is to make the puppies comfortable around the crate. I do this by putting a crate in their playpen and leaving the door open. I put the puppies inside & from there they are free to walk in and out and get used to it. I put the puppies in there this afternoon & came back 1 hour later to see them all huddled up having a nap together. Dogs are den animals & thrive in enclosed spaces... Its a private space for your dog- think of it as their bedroom! They can retreat to this space to rest or seek safety (this is especially great for families with young children & other animals. Tell your kids they cannot touch the dog when theyre in their bedroom because they want to rest if the dog has had enough interaction) Its the easiest & safest way to transport your dog Easier to toilet train your puppy because they do not like to soil their personal space & it teaches them to hold on Teaches the dog to enjoy their own company which reduces separation anxiety Crates should never be used as punishment- it is not a naughty corner! Dogs should not be left in a crate for more than a reasonable time (they can sleep overnight in it once trained)

He’s so even-tempered and clever. We were so surprised at how quickly he settled in, slept through the night without a noise up until 5 am We’re so lucky to have him!
