21.01.2022 We've put together our top photos from 2020 at Wollemi Retreat, a lot has happened this year. Starting with the bushfires that came through on the 4th of January and the regenerating rains that followed. Just as we started to welcome guests back to the property COVID hit which forced us to close once again. Opening once again from June and there's been some amazing memories created with guests from all over NSW. The trees, lawns and gardens have bounced back from the devas...tating drought & fires plus we've planted over 70 new trees - including a new olive grove. What's your favourite photo that we've posted?

19.01.2022 Its a sea of purple around Wollemi Retreat right now, so much regrowth with all the rain, so many different birds. Water is flowing, so much life compared to this time last year!

12.01.2022 We were lucky enough to stay at Wollemi Retreat for a whole week this month. We had a little celebration planned and sourced the details of a local chef who is now semi-retired after working in some of Sydney's most well known establishments. Andrew Hawkins (Chef) used our pizza oven to prepare some lamb, chicken kebabs and some sausages from the local butcher. He marinated the meat with fresh herbs from the Wollemi Retreat herb garden. He also prepared some amazing salads s...uch as Greek, Corn, Potato etc. The food was amazing and looking forward to being able to recommend him to future guests staying at the property who want a night off from cooking. 08.01.2022 Spring is a great season everywhere but Wollemi Retreat this year is something special after a couple of tough years due to drought and fires.

05.01.2022 Wollemi Retreat in late spring, fields of patersons curse that look similar to lavender from a distance! Lots of regrowth since the fire in January, creek flowing and animals returning.
