22.01.2022 Going into Aged Care can be very emotional and stressful for families. I love helping them navigate through complicated forms and ensuring the fees are fair and reasonable. Helping them understand the process so that informed decisions are made.

18.01.2022 Today I spent 3 hours with an elderly Brother & Sister who’s younger brother has early onset dementia. I was asked to attend the meeting with the Aged Care CEO to help explain the fees & the process. 3 hours of my time is nothing once I saw the look of relief & gratitude to help them sort everything out. That was my day

16.01.2022 Huge day helping older clients, one meeting was in my new office, hectic getting ready including cleaning glass doors & windows and organising, successful meeting Meeting two, sitting in on a meeting with the clients Bank to simplify & organise their accounts, they are aged 82. Finished with making sure they got home safely by driving them to their door. What do I get out of doing these little things? Peace of mind and a better client experience....
