21.01.2022 The Family Hotel There have been many pubs in the history of the Wollombi Valley. This pub was owned by the Kenny Family in the 1880's. Sadly this pub was demolished in the 1950's.... 03.01.2022 Everyone who knows Wollombi knows about Jurds Jungle Juice - the famous 'juice' sold at the @wollombitavern. Well this is the man himself. - Mel Jurd. It had been the custom in Mel's wine bar to offer a house wine to visitors which was made from the remnants of wine bottles which had been opened each day.
