23.01.2022 What a day what a club, Wollongong Olympic Football Club would like to congratulate our Second Grade Players on winning the Illawarra Premier League Grand Final 2020. Wollongong Olympic def Wollongong United FC 1-1 (5-3) penalties.... Everyone doubted these boys from round 1, but as the season went on you all showed passion, pride and strength. Coming back from losses against all the big clubs in the league to going into the finals with a winning mentality until the final whistle. We hope all the boys enjoy your night! COME ON OLYMPIC!!!

Ian McLennan Park, Kembla Grange Wollongong Olympic v Wollongong United SG Sunday 1st November 1:00pm Ian McLennan Park, Kembla Grange As for the YG Grand Final there will be no ticket sales as it is first in best dress. As for Sunday’s SG Grand Final tickets are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. Each club is allocated a certain number of tickets in which the club has sold out it’s tickets to the general public. We at Wollongong Olympic Football Club are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you all in the 2021 Illawarra Premier League Grand Final.

The Wollongong Olympic Committee and Community would love to congratulate all our Youth, Reserve Grade players and coaches on reaching the finals. Olympic def Port Kembla Youth Grade 5-1... Olympic def Coniston Reserve Grade 3-2 In particular we thank our coaches Tommy Agno and Arthur Kinnas on this achievement it hasn’t been the easiest season but we all showed what kind of passion we have as a club. The job is still not done as we take on Wollongong United next week with details being posted in the following days. Let’s bring two of the trophies home to finish off a crazy 2020. COME ON OLYMPIC!!!
