18.01.2022 Martin Twycross 12 mins As lockdown starts to ease..... you decide for you, I'll decide for me. None of us have the same circumstances (medically high risk child/ family member or a business about to go under, etc.) Let's all stay in our own lanes and keep the judgement down as we begin to unlock. No one should feel pressured either way.... Just a thought... As all of us are trying to figure out how to ease back into normal, please remember: Some people don’t agree with the unlocking.... that’s ok. Be kind. Some people are still planning to stay home.... that’s ok. Be kind. Some are still scared of getting the virus and a second wave happening.... that’s ok. Be kind. Some are sighing with relief to go back to work knowing they may not lose their business or their homes....that’s ok. Be kind. Some are thankful they can finally have the surgery they have had put off....that’s ok. Be kind. Some will be able to attend interviews after weeks without a job....that’s ok. Be kind. Some will wear masks for weeks.... that’s ok. Be kind. Some people will rush out to get their hair or nails done.... that’s ok. Be kind. The point is, everyone has different viewpoints/feelings and that’s ok. Be kind. We each have a different story. If you need to stay home, stay home. But be kind. If you need to go out, just respect others when in public and be kind! Don’t judge fellow humans because you’re not in their story. We all are in different mental states than we were months ago. So remember, be kind. Please copy & paste & post as I did. See more

10.01.2022 Hello to all our church members, friends and future friends. Yes I say future because thats what we need to work toward, with love and light. Lets take this opp...ortunity to be extra kind, caring, empathetic and supportive to all, just that little more than usual. Like the bear needs to hibernate in the down months, we as humans have forgotten that we also need to slow down. Let's take this opportunity to be the bear and stay in or close to our own cave for a short time. Make your cave or home become your place of worship, slow down, show respect to yourself, family, friends & pets. We are fortunate enough to have this safe space. Our small church in Wollongong are doing their part. While we're closed to the public our keyholding members we will be concentrating on sanitizing our church and organizing the rest of 2020. In the mean time Reverends Sue, Brett and Val will be trying to run 'zoom' services from the church. Please understand we are learning new technology and will endevour to send each of our members and friends a invitation by email, if and when this comes available. To be part of this you must understand we would like to record the session for training and possibly share it on Facebook at a later date. We will be contacting all of our members by Facebook, email or phone messanger to let you know when we can return to our normal church services. If you have changed your email or phone numbers please contact me through our church address at, 2 Hercules st Wollongong 2500 or church email, [email protected] or Rev Sue on 0423 402 940 Blessings for reading this far and remember your not on your own, let love and light direct your future. Rev Sue Edmonds wsc

02.01.2022 It was the night before Christmas and Santa was busy making his rounds He was light on his feet making sure he didn't make a sound. But he took notice that som...e homes didn't have that Christmas Glee. so he decided to stop because he thought that just can't be. He crept in a mommy's bedroom and stopped dead in his steps, as he saw a little angel hugging his mom as she slept The little angel looked up and cried " oh Santa you are finally here!! I've been waiting for you to help me let Mommy know I am near". Santa picked up the wee angel and asked him " What can I do? I'm just a simple toy maker I can't make your mommy's dreams come true". So the two of them sat and they sat for a while until the tiny angel jumped up and screamed with a smile. "let's leave her a sign a beautiful sign from above, let her know it's from me sent from heaven with love"!!! So Santa dug and he dug deep, in that big glorious bag that was filled with lots of treats . He pulled out a beautiful white feather that look like it was made out of snow. And he thought such a beautiful sign that only a grieving mother would know. He placed it on her nightstand and kissed the angel on his head. Then placed him next to his mom as she slumbered in bed. I think I'll stay here with Mommy and visit her in her dreams tonight, She misses me dearly and needs to know I'm all right. Santa made his way to his sled, And wiped a tear from his eye. He fell to his knees and managed to cry. Merry Christmas to all the grieving mothers across this big land. And let it be known your angels are with you holding your hands.... Written by Joe’s mommy
