12.01.2022 Great reading if you are looking for the best way to go. I've used a meal replacement shake (Herbalife) for the last 10 years and since then have never had to worry about my weight after battling with it my entire life before discovering them. I've had continual support from my peers and I've been able to help others achieve their goals as well.

08.01.2022 Healthy is as healthy does. There is so much more information these days than when I was trying desperately to lose and maintain my weight over 4 decades. Wish I had known this sort of information. Would have made my life much happier. I was always so conscious of my weight I even said NO to a 'garden party' at Buckingham Palace because I felt I was too fat. Oh so wish I knew what I now know. I am happy to share the knowledge I have now gained over the last decade. So if you are struggling and would like some help please message me. I would love to help.
