At 2.12am this morning these scum bags decided to ride their push bikes to my workshop, and s...teal Diesel fuel out of one of my clients trucks. They also dumped a heap of diesel on the ground. Please if you can identify any of these idiots in the photos please let us know. The weird looking helmet, clothing and these 2 hook things left behind might give some clue.
