20.01.2022 Following the announcement this morning (Saturday, January 2) there are new rules in Wollongong regarding the wearing of masks. From this week mask wearing is compulsory in shopping centres, public transport and, in particular, cinemas. So as from our 2021 commencement on Wednesday, UniMovies patrons will be required to wear a mask. Children under 12 and those with medical exemptions need not comply. The penalty for non-compliance is $200. Also the use of the ServiceNSW app and QR code is now required, although UniMovies will provide altrnative signin for those without phones.
