23.01.2022 Term 3 assembly. Congratulations to our students who received awards. It was difficult to choose the recipients for our classroom awards this term as the student effort, commitment and growth has been fantastic this term!

15.01.2022 Our ‘warm up’ read in the K-2 room this morning.

13.01.2022 Our first whole school read to three session. Our primary students were fantastic helpers showing our younger readers what good reading sounds like. I can’t wait to see the same improvements in confidence and fluency that I have witnessed during the infants only sessions.

12.01.2022 Thursday in the infants room... research! Over the next few weeks we are going to explore different sources to gather information. Today we were looking at national geographic documentaries for children.

04.01.2022 We welcomed Mini-Kindy to Wombat Public School today!



03.01.2022 We unpacked our kites today! The wind wasn’t great for kite flying but we soon discovered running was almost as good! Charlie, Makayla and Norah received placings in the Harden Festival kite colouring competition. Everyone who entered received a kite for participation.
