22.01.2022 Well... the pot held pressure for over 90 minutes... that's good enough for me. 18.01.2022 Wombat Woodshop is closed... temporarily. Mrs Wombat has taken ill. I meantnto post this 2 weeks ago but haven't had the strength of the time. My dear wife nearly diedand is on the road to recovery slowly. As such I've shut up the workshop and all projects are on hold.... I sincerely apologise for any delays to customers this has caused, but I'm sure you'd all agree a person's health needs are more important. I will be back at it soon. 08.01.2022 You see that? That is a 3/8 pipe connector and its what was stopping me from having a pressure chamber that actually held pressure. But, thanks to the correct sized adapter and a ball valve, I can hold pressure for bubble free resin castings. Now to thread seal and test for leaks. 05.01.2022 Today saw the arrival of my Japanese pull saws. The spur centre for the chuck (in the red box), some tool maintenance stuff, the dust extraction unit which shows one of my furry quality controllers inspecting it, and most importantly... THE PRESSURE CHAMBER! This paint can will be modified to hold pressure for resin castings.
