25.01.2022 This was the train i made for the last Christmas at Birchalls 2016. This is also the first time i used a giant Christmas tree. It was my mother's idea. I think she did an amazing job on this very first tree. It worked so well and looked so amazing that i now put a tree with every house, unless people don't want one.
23.01.2022 Well it's getting close to that time of year again. A reminder that if you are wanting one of the best gingerbread houses in Tasmania, you need to send a message with your order early. Don't leave it to late. Last year I had to turn orders away as I only make a limited number each Christmas.

16.01.2022 It's that time of the year again. I'm now taking orders for Gingerbread house's. All orders have to be in by the 1st December and well be ready between the 15th and 24th December. Unfortunately well only be home delivered in Launceston. If you live outside of Launceston must be collected. Each house is filled with Cadbury and Lint chocolates. And decorated with what is available. So maybe slightly different every year. If you wish for Lint only it well be $10 extra. Sorry I... don't make allergy free house's. So well contain nuts,gluten,eggs ect House's go quickly as I only make a limited number every December. So PM me quickly if you wish to get one. Let's do Christmas 2020 with smiles on people's faces.
