Cate Hardman is an incredible whole foods chef and the owner of a local company and cafe, Northeast Feast. She has lived her life enjoying good food straight from the source. It’s not about the fact that it’s healthy for you it’s the appreciation of its ‘effortless goodness’ that no cook or chef can replicate, regardless of their talent. That’s what Cate likes to call ‘honest’ food. Cate will tantalise our tastebuds and spark our inner health through the topic of "Food is Medicine".
