22.01.2022 We hope you have had the chance to recalibrate and refresh over the new year after the spectacular challenges of the last one! But it wasn’t all bad testing times bring great learning and experience. At NAWO we are privileged to hear inspiring stories of courage and action across our membership, which is testament to the way we can adapt and develop under extreme pressure. It is almost impossible to sum up 2020, but if there is one word to describe it, it would be persevera...nce. Leaders demonstrated perseverance, adaptability and innovation in spades, and in this event we hear from Georgia Wallis, Head of IT Procurement and Jason Bush EGM Retail, Consumer and Healthcare Business who will share their stories. Via a combination of keynotes, breakout rooms and Q&A Georgia and Jason discuss how their leadership style evolved, what the power of hindsight has brought for them in terms of new ways of working, and goals set for 2021 based on their enhanced leadership strengths. Thanks to Toll Group for hosting - this is complimentary to all. https://www.nawo.org.au//cometh-the-hour-cometh-the-leader/
