01.01.2022 National Cervical Cancer Awareness Week is 16 - 22 November 2020. The new Cervical Screening Test (CST) is more accurate and occurs less often! Most cervical cancers can be prevented by screening regularly so it is important that all women aged 25 - 74 screen every 5 years. If you are due for cervical screening, don’t delay book an appointment with your doctor today. More than 80% of cervical cancers are found in women who have never screened or are overdue. Have you had the new Cervical Screening Test (CST), or has it been 4 or more years since your last test? If so, and you are over 30, did you know you can self-collect your sample? Chat to your doctor about the option during Cervical Cancer Awareness Week!
