12.01.2022 COME SHAKE OFF THE WINTER CHILL AT ZUMBA! Beginner or advanced, all ages. EVERYONE is welcome! Date: Saturday 12th August 2017... Time: 9:30am Location: Ingleburn Baptist Church, 62 Cumberland Road, Ingleburn Cost: $5.00 for a 45min class Please bring a sweat towel, bottle of water and your 'dancing shoes" (your sneakers) Zumba is a dance based workout, much like aerobics. There are moves like grapevines, side close sides, side taps. You'll hear South American beats and rhythms-hit songs from Ricky Martin, Shakira, even Elvis Presley to today's top 40 starts like Justin Bieber. Something for everyone! We will salsa, cha cha, merenque and shimmy our way through the morning! Sound good? Then come on down!!
