16.01.2022 A guide to spending time in and with nature during this period Thank you She Explores https://she-explores.com//our-guide-to-getting-outside-d/

16.01.2022 A loveliness of Ladybirds on our Glenelg journey earlier this month. Be supported, guided and fully catered for on this 5 day canoe + hike journey.

15.01.2022 Walk & talk with a dear friend - just the inspiration I needed to get back on here and share Does anyone else find conversation flows like a river when youre enjoying a long bush walk? No time pressure, no distractions (apart from epic views) and fully immersed in eachothers footsteps. Heaven

15.01.2022 CANOE CRUISING Hiking isn't our only passion at WoW. Canoeing is another wonderful way to travel through our bush. Many moments of peace and no crunching leaves underfoot to scare away the abundant wildlife. Our Glenelg River journey is a great way to get into paddling. A gentle, flowing river with lots of guidance. Complete with campsite jetties, perfect for cups of tea

15.01.2022 New recipes coming for our bush dinners Picture yourself under the stars. Fresh produce in your lap. Conversation flowing with new friends as we recap the days events. Feeling calm and fresh from days spent in nature. The benefits are endless when you wander with us.

15.01.2022 I used my brand new Indian tiffin tins on a walk today. They kept our lunch cool, airtight & seperate from our dessert! Essential Ive been spending alot of time around this area lately. Stay tuned for a Lorne Explore trip Im working on. Head to the website to sign up for my newsletter

14.01.2022 World Earth Day Its an interesting time for our relationship with mother earth. For me it has deepened. All of my time (which I have more of) is spent in my local area, walking out my front door and exploring the surrounding bush & neighbourhood. Im taking more notice of things, from the clouds to the movements of 2 tawny frogmouths that reside in our yard. Not having the option to explore further afield is strengthening our sense of place. What have you noticed?

14.01.2022 Headed out last weekend for a night of camp fire cooking & recipe testing Ive been looking into the Ayurvedic style of cooking over this quiet time. Looking forward to serving up more flavour, spice & all things nice

12.01.2022 Brewing up some exciting new trip itineraries & recipes! These poor ladies are a part of my recipe testing squad. In return for their meal they had to come find me. I drew them a mud map and hoped for the best. As the sun went down we critiqued the taste and toppings of our nourishing new menu items. What plant-based meal do you enjoy on the trail?

12.01.2022 Thank you Parks Victoria for the virtual escape to the places we love https://www.youtube.com/watch

11.01.2022 Heres to all the relatable role models I get to spend time with on trips When people ask me why my business is designed for women, I sometimes struggle to articulate my answer ... there is a certain level of stoke and understanding between us. I have met so many supportive and powerful problem solvers who dont give up but also dont feel the need to conquer x

06.01.2022 LAKE BELLFIELD As we canoe across the lake on our final day in Gariwerd, we look west to the mountain range we traversed just 2 days before. Our 3-day Grampians journey consists of 2 days hiking the peaks of the Pinnacle and Mount Rosea, followed by a canoe and wander back into Halls Gap on the 3rd day. ... The views are as diverse and stunning as the ladies we meet
