21.01.2022 RESTRICTIONS UPDATE Daniel Andrews has today outlined Melbourne's move to the second stage. These changes will come into effect at 11:59pm tonight:... 127,000 workers to return to onsite work with a COVID-safe plan. Students in primary school, special school students and VCAL will return to on-site learning in the week beginning 12 October. Outdoor exercise is allowed within 5km of your home or workplace with a 2-hour limit. If you are exercising near your workplace, you must carry your permit. Facilities such as tennis clubs and bowls clubs and golf courses remain closed Curfew will be lifted from 5:00am Monday. Childcare opens for all children, no permit is required and the five kilometre limit does not apply. One childminder/ babysitter in each home, "if that is the arrangement that best suits your circumstances". A household or a limit of five people from no more than two households will be able to gather outside. Limit on one person from each household going shopping just once a day will be lifted. Visitors to hospitals: one visitor per day for a maximum of two hours. For patients that are under the age of 18 years, two parents or carers can visit with no time limit. Non urgent services will be allowed with all dental surgeries practices who have a COVID-safe plan. Religious activity - A limit of five people plus one faith leader for outdoor gatherings and ceremonies will be allowed. From tomorrow you’ll need a face mask that fits properly over your nose and mouth. That means face shields, scarves, and bandanas can no longer be used on their own. Finding breast cancer early provides the best chance of surviving the disease. ... Remember you don’t need to be an expert or use a special technique to check your breasts. Changes to look for include: A new lump or lumpiness, especially if it's only in one breast A change in the size or shape of your breast A change to the nipple, such as crusting, ulcer, redness or inversion A nipple discharge that occurs without squeezing a change in the skin of your breast such as redness or dimpling an unusual pain that doesn't go away. Most changes aren’t due to breast cancer but it’s important to see your doctor without delay if you notice any of these changes. #womenshealthhub #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth

01.01.2022 BREAST CANCER AWARENESS Self-examination Everyone’s breasts look and feel different. ... You may have lumpy breasts, one breast larger than the other, breasts that are different shapes, or one or both nipples that are pulled in (inverted), which can be there from birth or happen when the breasts are developing. Become familiar with the normal look and feel of your breasts. There’s no right or wrong way to check your breasts for any changes. Try to get used to looking at and feeling your breasts regularly. You can do this in the bath or shower, when you use body lotion, or when you get dressed. Just decide what you are comfortable with and what suits you best. Remember to check all parts of your breast, your armpits and up to your collarbone. When you check your breasts, try to be aware of any changes that are different for you.
