25.01.2022 SAVE THE DATE! The Perenjori Women’s Wellness Event will be held on Sunday 8th November. This will be a fantastic day for women in Perenjori and surrounds to get together, share food and refreshments and be provided with a range of strategies to enhance health as well as lift community spirit. More details coming soon!

25.01.2022 This week is Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Awareness week. The theme for PANDA Week 2020 is ‘Tell someone who cares’. This year, more than ever it’s vital that expecting and new parents who are struggling know they’re not alone and can reach out for help. And just as importantly, they can know that when they do reach out, they will be supported by those they confide in, whether family members, health professionals, PANDA or other perinatal mental health specialists. In celebration of PNDA Week, we will be holding our Mum's Mental health and wellbeing Expo- to bring these key specialists and parents together, so that they can feel supported in their parenting journey.

25.01.2022 Due to low numbers registering so far, we may need to cancel this workshop unfortunately If you are interested in attending, please register before this Thursday so that we don't have to! https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/a-love-your-body-event-the-

24.01.2022 Did you know that 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 men experience Perinatal Depression and/ or Anxiety? It is important for you to know that you are not alone and that there are people who can help. Desert Blue Connect provide a Looking After Mum's Program that offers individualised support to mum's who may be at risk of experiencing PNDA. You can contact us on 99642742 to find out more, or come see us at the Expo on the 19th November.

24.01.2022 From our team to your family, we wish you a happy, peaceful holiday season. Please remember our offices are only closed on public holidays - aside from this we are here as usual. If you need help outside of hours the sexual assault crisis line (1800 016 789) is available 24/7. Stay safe and well this Christmas.

21.01.2022 Maternal mental health is something that affects a significant number of people in our community. The good news is that with the right support PNDA can be managed and will get better. Also, though, you don't need to be experiencing PNDA to benefit from talking things through with someone who cares. We can all support each other while we're figuring out parenthood together! #PNDAweek #mumsmentalhealth

20.01.2022 Only 2 weeks until our Expo. This day will offer so many activities, presentations, demonstrations and giveaways for mums and their little ones and mums to be - and all completely free! Don't forget to tell your friends :)
