Grayce is passionate about empowering and helping women throughout the stages of their life especially preventing women’s health issues that hinder both their physical and overall well being. Grayce has a wealth of knowledge and skills, having worked in well known clinics in Port Macquarie, Newcastle and more recently setting up her own... business in Newcastle. After recently becoming a first time mother, Grayce knows first hand the importance of looking after your health pre and post pregnancy and has strategies to assist in returning to exercise. We're so excited to have Grayce on board here at Raw!

11.01.2022 We're often asked if we have a creche. The answer is Yes! The Raw Kids Club childminding service is available 5 days a week and is staffed by experienced and qualified specialists. Children enjoy a safe and fun place to play and participate in our games, arts and crafts. ... While Kids Club is a fully supervised area, parents must remain in the gym while their child is in there. Our creche is staffed Monday to Friday from 9am - 11am and 5pm - 7pm
