Rather than focusing or stressing about going for a 30 minute walk every day, why don’t you focus on it being fun, enjoyable and satisfying. In his book, ‘Atomic Habits’, James Clear says; You should... never miss twice. When you forget to do a habit, make sure you get back on track immediately. . I always make sure there are a pair of walking shoes in my car, and a pair of swimmers and a towel. It’s part of my process to give me an option of walking or swimming when I’m out and about.
