25.01.2022 Do you love group classes which included a variety of exercises? Pilates classes instructed by Jessica are developed with the aim to find a balance between variety, as well as opportunities to practice same exercises for mastery! :)

22.01.2022 What equipment and exercises you may ask are taught in my mat Pilates classes ... I use a range of equipment as shown in photo below to target muscles including: gluteals, hip, shoulders, core and pelvic floor muscles :)

22.01.2022 Class Timetable update: Monday the 24th and 26th of April will be the last Monday and Wednesday classes for the foreseeable future due to Jessica developing her acute hospital Physiotherapy clinical skills. SATURDAY classes WILL CONTINUE as Jessica is keen to keep instructing Pre- and Post- Natal (9:30am), as well as Mat classes (10:30am) See you there :)
