22.01.2022 Soon winter will be past and already see many flowers on the streets and in our garden. Most of the children have to stay home in the Stage 4 Restriction and it gives the children opportunities to help Mum and Daddy at home even more. To help children to be connected and to share their learning experiences we encouraged children to send their activity photos to share, and many parents participated so far and the children all look happy, engaging, helping(mopping, cooking and gardening) playing in nature or yard in their photos. We only have 5 children attend in Stage 4 Restriction the children have enjoyed their cooking(making pizza, dumpling and baking bread) gardening, arts work, singing each day. The children really miss each other many parents said and we hope life goes normally again soon. Cheers!

22.01.2022 Our Garden: At Wonder World Play Centre, our garden has showing beautiful autumn colors, oak tree, persimmon tree, maple tree are shedding their leaves for winter, but many flowers are still blooming, our children has been enjoying the weather changes, observing many changes in our playground and car park, collecting leaves, seeds, seed pots etc.

20.01.2022 Mothers Day Activities: the children enjoyed making porches for their mothers, dye fabric, stitching a pattern/shape, filling the leaves into a small bag with educators help. The children enjoyed the drama play, pretending to be mothers sitting in the beds while their children to present presents. We created a song for children to sing for their mothers on Mothers Day, hope all mothers enjoyed their Mothers Day today!

19.01.2022 Steiner Inspired Program: last 2 weeks children have done paper clay work, all domestic helping activities, story telling, Cinderella, song we sang, Land of Silver Fox, The Chicken Song in Arabic, children have enjoyed their outdoor time, learning outcomes: Children have a strong sense of well-being, confident learner and building connection with natural world and enhance children's imagination and creativity.

19.01.2022 recent activities, Easter celebration, children made biscuits, leave shape cards, Easter Basket, 11th May Children had Park Excursion, collecting natural wonders, play and had lunch at Park, children often pay soccer ball in tennis court next to our playground, we harvested so many apples in last 2 months, children enjoyed autumn leave activities recently, 6th May 2019

18.01.2022 The children has enjoyed autumn season, observed leaves color changes, fruits on the plants, birds looking for food, oak tree and persimmon tree shedding leaves, collecting wonders, seeds, seed pots, leaves for threading, walked in the rain, jumping in small puddles, moving waters. The children helped to clean garden, changing pots and we have gave a lot of love and attention to our plants in last few weeks.

18.01.2022 Happy Father's Day 2019, our families came together to celebrate Father's day on 30th August. Educators guided children made presents, cards and dream catchers for their fathers. Children sang 4 recently learned songs, a Canadian fork song, a rainbow song, a Russian Fork song, and I am Australian. Children did a roll play, Tortoise and Hare, a poem read to their fathers to appreciate their fathers. Many fathers, mothers and siblings attended and shared a joyful night, watched children's singing and show, sang a song together with candle lights, plenty yam food prepared, each child presented their presents to their fathers. We really appreciate our parents participation and many families also made yum food for the special night. Educators were pleased to see fathers, mothers and siblings had joyful time together as a community.

17.01.2022 Our back corner play area is reorganized to encourage interactive play, we have been engaging in grass grow project for last 10 days, the children helped digging and moving soil with wheelbarrows. Our playground space also reorganized in last few days, make it more functions, more spaces, The children will learn to understand how to do compost bin, what items to put inside, why we compost and how to turn around the metal wire to get air inside! This helps children to love nature, to improve their physical strength, to develop nature science knowledge, and to care of our Mother Earth. Comping event: we will invite parents to participate in celebrating Muslin culture, Eid in 2 weeks.

16.01.2022 Children love all seasons! Our children have enjoyed the winter season, windy day, they liked to fly their kites, raining and wet days they have liked to walk in the water and jump in the puddle, children have been enjoying being outside in cold and wet days, digging, gardening, collecting leaves, feeding birds, discovering wonders in their garden. They always find something new and exciting to share. We are pleased to share few photos of our program, kite flying, winter garden, digging patch, bean bags we are making. We welcome Parents visit!

13.01.2022 Wonder World Play Centre celebrated Mothers Day on 10th of May, children sang 5 songs for their mothers, one song is specially made for Mothers Day Celebration, two childrens fathers played music for the celebration, plenty fresh food prepared and parents also brought many food to share, children presented their mothers day presents in the celebration, a paper clay necklace and a paper flower each of child made for their mothers. 13.01.2022 Excursion Term Two 10th July, local park, family day, The children had a fun and excited time in park, they carried their bags and walked nicely, they had a distant running game in spot ground, pretended as might moose climbed on the hill and rolled down few times, enjoyed playing the equipment, singing and lunch time. The children cooked their lunch the day before, Pizza, we also had sandwiches and pancake, plenty fruits and vegetable, 5 families and a lot of siblings jointed the event and had fun time together, we appreciated families who brought some fruits to share and helped in the Excursion. The children extremely enjoyed their distant running game, climbing on hill and asked if they can do again next time.

10.01.2022 In last 2 weeks, the children have enjoyed snow flake cutting and painting with paper and recycle materials, the children went to tennis court to run and found interest in drawing on the ground. The children enjoyed this fun and environmental friendly drawing experience. The children have learned two songs , one is Land of Silver Birch in Chinese and another one is Tall Tree and Warm Fire, enjoyed story of Rapunzel. Our natural environment shows ever green and ever colorful, winter time we still can see many flowers thriving. The children have observed our winter flowers, oak tree and collected autumn leaves for compost Bin. The children have excited to see our chicken started laying eggs again after 2 month break. We welcomed a new friend!

09.01.2022 Wonder World Play Centre recent activities(Term 3) Children enjoyed their term 3 park Excursion, distance running, playing, lunch in the park, many parents and siblings participated, children have regular music and movement, many flowers blooming in our garden, pet educations program, children completing their bags by stitching bit by bit with educator assistance, wet water painting, digging trees, cutting, taking care of their garden etc.

09.01.2022 Spring is a beautiful season for children to observe many changes in our environment, bubs, beautiful flowers in our kinder garden yard, many, many flowers bloomed from trees and plants, little plums, apples, lemon and mandarin are growing. The children also enjoyed to watch many insects in the garden. The children have been taking care of their garden and vegetable garden patch, harvested some broad beans, planted some marigold flowers and grass in pots for themselves, please have a look our new bloomed flowers in last few days!! (Hippeastrum, climbing flowers, strawberry, cactus)

05.01.2022 Sunday 19th May, its a beautiful sunning day, Melbourne Federation Square held a celebration of Buddha DAy and so many people there to joy and celebrate our multicultural society , food, dance, music and many other activities.

03.01.2022 Welcome 2020, our children have enjoyed many meaningful and joyful activities, here few examples, children have worked on garden project, celebration of Chinese new year, wet water painting and wax block drawing, dots painting, yesterday we harvested a huge zucchini in our garden, planted just in Jan. we just started fabric project this week!

02.01.2022 Wonder World Play Centre will remain open through the pandemic period for children 3 year to 8 years old children (school age: pre. to grade 2) The Centre provides strict procedures in preventing the virus including, 1. Gargle two times a day 2. Drink warm water 3 times a day and children remind to ... drink water all the time 3. Hot air blows the clothes on arrival 4. Firm rubbing for 20 seconds when children wash their hands 5. Staff and children keep distance from parents who come to pick up and drop children time 6. Children stay outdoor in large natural environment for most of time, 7. Maximum attendance: not more than 7 children a day, we are 24 placed services 8. Our service keeps very hygienic and clean.
