This might just be the most Ive ever enjoyed a lamb shank I cooked up a batch on the weekend and was so grateful as I returned home late from our P&C meeting! 15.01.2022 The Wonderbag makes a beautiful slow cooked curry... this one was done from scratch and as its all done in the one pot with all that flavour after browning spices and making the paste... its never-fail! Its actually a recipe for goat but I only had lamb and it was still delish! Whats your favourite curry?
15.01.2022 Most of us in Broome had our camping plans put on hold this weekend due to the glorious rain we received during the week. The condition of roads coupled with Covid restrictions to some of our favourite spots has given us the weekend home to plan the next adventure. Hence I bring you this Wonderbag Spicy Fish Curry Happy prepping and Wonderbagging!
15.01.2022 Drumsticks are amaaaazing in the Wonderbag! Ive got a super simple marinade: * 2x thumbs of fresh ginger & 2 garlic cloves finely chopped * 80ml Chinese rice wine * 60ml light soy sauce ... * Tbl Honey * 2x star Anise Pop them in a short handled frypan as pictured, roast for at least 40minutes depending on size of drumsticks. Pop lid on for 5 minutes still in oven then transfer to your Wonderbag and leave for at least 8 hours. Serve with Wonderbag Rice and fresh spring onion. Cheap, easy and a crowd pleaser.... its the Wonderbag way! See more

14.01.2022 Slow-Baked Lamb Shoulder with Whipped Feta Did you know you can convert any slow cooker recipe to the Wonderbag? I cooked this delicious slow cooked lemon and feta lamb shoulder last week however didnt try the whipped feta (just crumbled it on at the beach).... so thats on my to-cook list this weekend
14.01.2022 Beach eats. Love, love, love feeding my family wholesome veggie packed food on the beach! We usually have a side of salad and nothing beats a piping hot dinner after swims and sunset. No plugs, no fuss.

04.01.2022 Corn beef So simple and so tender in the @wonderbag... I just boiled this for 30 minutes and it cooked safely at home whilst I went about my day. Come dinner time all I had to do was boil and mash some and cut like so!
