This Lego cake has fresh strawberry coulis whipped through buttercream in between layers of vanilla cake then finished with fondant to make the most common 4 x 2 Lego brick that little AND big kids have spent hours creating with. And not to mention our hero Batman (handmade fondant figurine) for a perfect combination of genius.
