21.01.2022 Over these last few days Wonderific has had many phone enquires seeking clarification about what extra procedures have been implemented to prevent COVID19 being passed on at the venue. Before and after each party, areas are wiped down and satanised, floors are swept, mopped/disinfected. Kids hands are sanitised before eating with an alcohol based hand rub. ... All face painting are brushes cleaned and sanitised between each child. One sponge is used per child. Face painting design avoid mouth and nose areas. We have implemented larger spacing between kids seating areas and are limiting party numbers to parties of 15 guests or less and maximum of 10 parents. Our staff are first aid trained and have WWC cards so you can feel comfortable leaving them in our care. As parents you also have a critical role in helping the Venue manage this situation: * Exercise good judgment by keeping children home from a party if they are feeling unwell for any reason *Encourage your children to practice the health protocols as outlined by the Health department. 1. Wash hands frequently 2. Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing and sneezing 3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth 4. Practice respiratory hygiene such as covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze 5. If they have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early 6. Talk to children about the situation, as they may be feeling anxious or stressed. Please contact us if you have any questions relating to our parties and procedures. This continues to be an evolving situation, but we will keep you updated as things change. Trying to stay local to the area to keep all our repeat party goers coming back. Yes its a little sad but imagine how awesome the new place will be. 07.01.2022 While we have all been dealing with our new isolation lives, Wonderific packed up shop like thousands of other business and went into hibernation. In that time we have found a new premises and are relocated and will be re opening with a BRAND NEW VENUE. at 15 Hutchinson street, Lilydale... We are so happy to be still located in Lilydale and will be as Wonderific as ever. We are so looking forward to partying with you all again very soon. 04.01.2022 Some good news for people with up and coming party bookings. The government have announced new social distancing guidelines and based on these new recommendations our venue is large enough to allow for 50 patrons. However we are bringing that number down to 30 people per party. Inclusive of children and parents. While we still can we are ready to party.
