21.01.2022 I was asked what the best advice I wished someone had told me when I first started with DoTerra, and I had to think about this for a while. My response now is "You don't have to own every oil doTerra has ever released!!" When I started, I was so excited, and wanted all the oils! With no research into what their benefits were. So I ended up with a big collection of oils I didn't know how to use and became completely overwhelmed by all the options. So my advice to you, write down the benefits or complaints you are wanting to support, research and research some more about which oils you can use to support this, and start with them. It is better to have fewer oils and be using them daily, than having all the oils and not using them at all!

20.01.2022 After a couple of rough nights with Mr E, spending too long sitting up in bed feeding, I have a very sore neck, causing head tension right in the eye socket! I use past tense on the forehead for the tension, and a mix of Ice Blue, Wintergreen, Cypress and Lemongrass on my neck. And the bonus is the roller bottle application gives a little massage too. Lucky for Mr E he is cute #babyspam #iceblue #10weeksold

Bergamot is known for it's calming and soothing aroma and skin purifying benefits. I love On Guard and lime in the diffuser for a lovely warming blend, knowing I am helping keep bugs at bay at the same time!

02.01.2022 Hi guys, It's been a while, and I have been a bit quiet, so I thought I would reintroduce myself to you all. My name is Alice, and I live in Adelaide with my husband, Mr A who is 7 and Mr E who is 3mths old. My doTerra journey started 3 years ago when a lovely friend introduced me to the oils. We had been talking about wanting to use more natural alternatives in our homes and for our families health for a while, but had never taken the next steps. We ended up joining within... a couple of weeks of each other and you will see us do many joint events. My first experience was using lavender for a sore head. Within 10 mins the tension was gone and I was hooked! Fast forward 3 years and we use the oils everyday, and have switched to many DIY natural alternatives for laundry, bathroom, kitchen and more. There are entire aisles I now don't go down in the supermarket! This has saved my family money, and improved our health. I love the fact that the products I am using on the kids (and me) don't contain ingredients I can pronounce, and there are no late-night runs to the chemist or grocery store when I run out of something, as I can quickly whip them up with minimal ingredients.
