Of course I replied, "Yes" She has had less pain in the last 3 weeks in her uterus than she has had in over 3 years. 18.01.2022 Signs.....this crazy fungi burst through the bark at the pathway entrance to the @wonderwombaustralia clinic - right at the time I decided to officially open the practice up to men's health. Is this a fit for WonderWomb? Why would I do this when it is a womens health business? Well, like most good things, it happened organically. One of my gorgeous clients asked if her husband could have an appointment - she trusts me and knows exactly how I work - and healthy, happy men ...impacts us girls and our relationships - and are more than 50% responsible for miscarriages and the health of our babies. 09.01.2022 Has anyone else been a little or a lot off track lately? I am putting my hand up for sure. This week it was my goal to do 3 workouts - I managed 2 and I feel great! The one I missed instead looked like this: emotional and teary kids who needed cuddles and love and a change of scenery, a busy clinic follow up day, groceries all over the kitchen floor, washing everywhere, and no dinner started and it was 5:45 - I actually wanted and needed the workout to reset my nerves and sh...ift some of my own emotional build-up - but that's life right. But I am celebrating the two workouts I did do, and a smoothie in the sunshine this morning - because its 2 more workouts than I did last week. I was thinking during my workout - Demons aren't pretty for a reason, but its what's on the other side that's beautiful. I like to focus on resilience and flexibility- on all levels and that works for me - its helped me through times of dark depression and anxiety, as well as the smaller every day moments. 05.01.2022 Home Made Immunity - Fire Cider Recipe This is such a great time to sink down into a position of self-care - use your wisdom and the plants to keep you strong - and sane . This recipe is so easy and flexible - depending on what you've got. It kind of burns on the way down in a soothing and ain't no virus/bacteria gonna survive that kinda way.... It's full of immune boosters, anti-inflammatories, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-microbials - most of which you will already... have - and if not, support your local food producers, organic health shop and spice merchants with some self made medicine - just as your Gran would have Fire Cider Recipe: Into a large, clean jar: Zest of 1-2 lemons plus juice 2 large peeled onions chopped 10 garlic cloves peeled and chopped/crushed 1 tablespoon dried rosemary/fresh if u have it 1 tablespoon turmeric powder/ grated fresh if you have it 1 fresh cinnamon stick/1tspn cinnamon pwdr 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger 1 bay leaf Small bunch fresh thyme/2 tspns dried thyme 1 fresh chilli chopped/1 tspn cayenne pwdr - I added some cardamom seeds and dried oregano as well. Dill or fennel seeds is a nice addition for mucous and digestion Top up jar with Raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. Put lid on, shake well and keep in dark, cool place for 40 days (ideal if you can wait that long - will still get benefits after 24 hrs). When it's ready, strain through a fine cloth and add raw honey to taste and store in fridge.
