15.01.2022 GREAT NEWS from our client Kim Hooper who after weeks of training with us and not interested in the nutritional side, of our training decided she was ready for it. RESULTS from her first week...The smile on her face said it all. She proceeded to tell me that she had lost 2kg and a huge total of 12cms from her body measurements. What makes this even more exciting is Kim told me her husband got on board and even without training with us and following our nutrition plan has lost 1.9kg and 9.5cm from his body measurements, she said she can see a visual difference in him. The best part is there is no calorie counting involved, just healthy food for your body to find its weight naturally. :)

11.01.2022 LIKE this if you would like to see a VIDEO of a girl out dead lift 90% of the population! Cathie is a client I train through Enterprise Fitness. She has done leaps and bounds since we started training together. Going from a dead lift starting at 40kg to 107.5kg @ a body weight of 65kg in just over 12 weeks together. That's an incredible increase, of more than her ENTIRE body weight. Keep kicking those goals Cath!
