The class will be for 1 hour and half hour for Q&A. This class is for adults who are seeking another way to manage their Asthma. Especially during these times when we can all benefit from increasing our lung efficiency. We will be doing simple yet powerful breathing exercises using Yoga & Buteyko techniques to retrain our respiratory system.
