It’s a cliche because it’s true, and if ever there was a negotiation that needed to be problem-free, purchasing a house is it! Demand for real estate on popular Phillip Island and the entire Bass Coast is consistently strong and there can be a tendency among some buyers to act in haste without undertaking due diligence they can forget to tick all the statutory boxes, causing the whole real estate negotiation to unravel. That’s why it’s important to engage professional conveyancing services such as Sargeants Bass Coast Conveyancing. See more

15.01.2022 Planning Permit Exemptions to Support Hospitality Businesses The Victorian Government is ensuring Victoria's hospitality sector can make a smooth transition to outdoor dining by streamlining planning approvals. With regional hospitality businesses now able to expand to up to 70 patrons outside, new planning exemptions will support the hospitality industry by enabling businesses to better plan and use their own land and expand onto adjoining land to accommodate more patrons w...hile still adhering to distancing guidelines. The exemptions apply to the conditions on existing planning permits, giving businesses more flexibility about how they use their own land in order to comply with public health guidelines. Liquor license, public health matters and public land manager requirements may still need to be met along with council administered local laws. To participate in the Outdoor Dining Expansion program, visit our website today to register your expression of interest. The Victorian Planning Provisions - State of Emergency and Recovery Exemptions set out the conditions in which businesses must adhere to in order to trade within the exemption program.
