22.01.2022 Today has never been more important. It’s been a whirl wind of a year. Our season was cut short, our club community has been forced apart, and each of our lives have been turned upside down in one way or another this year. Therefore, it is vitally important that we ask R U OK? R U OK? Day is today, Thursday 10 September 2020. It’s the national day of action when we are reminded that every day is the day to ask, Are you OK? if someone in our world is struggling with life’s... ups and downs. So check in on your friend that you haven’t spoken to in a while, ring your loved ones, ask those who are close by and far away and then remember to ask yourself ‘R U OK?’ Follow the link to find guidance on how to approach today and how to continue the conversation. https://www.ruok.org.au/join-r-u-ok-day Additional supports can be found here: Lifeline Australia - 13 11 14 Beyond Blue - 1300 22 4636
