23.01.2022 In light of the announcement by the WA government this afternoon to extend the phase four restrictions, this does pose implications for our events. We are continuing to work with the WA Department of Health and will provide an update to the status of events shortly. #loveparkrun

22.01.2022 Woodbridge Parkrun is on tomorrow. The Parkrun organisation is regularly receiving updates on the effect of the COVID-19 Virus and how it impacts on parkrun events. At this stage all is okay for Australia.

16.01.2022 Just a quick heads-up for parkrunners. We were trialing a new location for the scanner table, closer to the car-park over the last few weeks but I'm moving us back to our original location, further down the path, past the shed, nearer to the start line. Regular parkrunners will know this is the original location for the scanner table, if you are newish and don't know where that is, just walk past the start line and we will be on the left, near the river/fence. I expect to see... and hear a whole lot of clapping people over the finish line this week. Please assemble on the grass area, not on the path and I'll see you for a speed briefing at 7.55 am on Saturday. Weather looks to be glorious. 13.01.2022 YES WE'RE ON FOR NEW YEARS DAY. Despite what the website says, you get the magnificent opportunity to clock up an extra run on New Years Day. 8am start as usual. ... Guerrilla Hub will also be making a special guest appearance for all your bacon and egg roll requirements!

11.01.2022 *** Sorry everyone, Parkrun is now cancelled this weekend. Wanted... a few volunteer positions available for next Saturday, 21st. Timekeeper, Finish Tokens and a Photographer ..... my 3 favourite positions!! Plenty of training and a free cup of coffee.... At this stage, Parkruns are still on in most Australian locations, but watch this space! :)

09.01.2022 That time when you break a course record but don't remember your barcode....... Results have been launched into the interwebs and should be touching down in your inboxes shortly. A couple of little glitches to keep it interesting. If your result looks a bit off key please let us know and we'll do what we can to sort it. ... Thanks for coming along.

08.01.2022 The news that we have all been waiting for...... Parkrun is tentatively ready for a start at Woodbridge on Saturday 24th October at 8am. Woohoo! The Safety Vests have been washed and re-washed, the finish tokens have been washed and sterilised, all we need now is some Volunteers to make the day happen. At the moment, the Roster is empty, so your chance to choose your favourite position for the coming weeks. ... We've finally received the thumbs up to go ahead from this Saturday the 24th so dig out and dust off your barcodes! All we need now is a little help to fill out the roster!
