15.01.2022 We are saddened to share the news that Allister Martin has passed away. Allister was previously a teacher at Woodbridge School and was the driving force behind ...the establishment of the Marine Discovery Centre in 1979, the first of its kind in Australia. Since that time we estimate that over 200 000 students have visited the Centre to be inspired by, and appreciate, the marine environment. Very few educators can lay claim to have touched the lives of so many learners. Woodbridge School and the Marine Discovery Centre extend our deepest sympathies to Allister’s family and friends. This Sat 21st November 9am, the Woodbridge School Association is partnering with Waste Not Produce to bring a Waste Not Books and a Waste Not Fresh Produce sale. A SAUSAGE SIZZLE also available. Woodbridge School Association Banjo's Bakery Cafe Every dollar raised is going back into the school and your children!... We are asking for everyone’s assistance! Here’s how you can help a) Turn up and grab a bargain! We will be there from 9am. All fresh fruit and veg is locally grown and donated! Books will be sold at a bargain $1/cm. Choose your books, we measure your pile and work out the cost! The Sausages and the hall hire have been completely donated by the Woodbridge Village Store, grab a coffee from them while you are there! Woodbridge Village Emporium b) Donate any excess F&V to Waste Not Produce. Give Robyn a call on 0400998037 to arrange a pick up. c) Clear out any books you have that are gathering dust!
