20.01.2022 For the past two years the Woodburn area has benefitted from the generosity of Quarry Solutions, the quarrying company which has been providing a great deal of the material for the new Pacific Highway. Since July 2018, through their Woodburn Community Support program, administered by the Woodburn Business and Community Chamber, Quarry Solutions has provided a total of $40,000 of funding towards a variety of community projects, nineteen in all, ranging in value from $167 to $...5,000. Unfortunately, as Quarry Solutions is now leaving the area, this scheme has finished with the Round 8 funding for the April to June quarter, for which four applications have been approved. On behalf of the whole Woodburn community the Committee of the Woodburn Business & Community Chamber expresses sincere gratitude to Quarry Solutions for their interest in and support of our town, and wishes them all the best in their future operations in other parts of Australia.
