07.01.2022 This is a flat white made on our stunning ‘Ethiopia.’ Notes: white chocolate, hazelnut and strawberries with a thick, creamy mouthfeel. The colour of the crema in real life is a slightly crimson, pinky/orange, golden honey brown. Very similar to the colour in the flavour profile. ... The tiny bubbles and the large spots of oil in the crema mean that the deep, syrupy, vibrant flavours will not only coat the palate and linger for hours- the acidity will literally sparkle on your tongue as the coffee oxidises in your mouth.
