17.01.2022 Please head over to SkoolBag for information from Camp Australia regarding enrolments.

17.01.2022 Thursday thought - attendance With such a challenging year we have ended up with an attendance rate last week of 94% and our year to date attendance is 90%. The current department benchmark is 95%. Every child and young person has a right to an education that develops their talent and ability to reach their fullest potential.... Education is the pathway for children and young people to begin their contribution to civic life. It is the means by which we develop people who are able to participate successfully in our community.

13.01.2022 20 November 2020 Dear parent/caregiver, The Premier today announced that schools and preschools will reopen to all students on Monday 23 November 2020. ... As a result, our school will be open and operating as normal. We will not be offering an alternative home-based learning program. OSHC will operate as usual. Please confirm bookings with Camp Australia. As the Chief Public Health Officer said, just because the hard lockdown is being lifted does not mean that the risks associated with COVID-19 have passed. As a result, we will need to continue to minimise the number of people coming and going from our site. In line with health and safety advice from the Government of SA, the importance of social distancing continues to be a priority. This means avoiding close contact and crowded places wherever possible. We are continuing to ask parents and caregivers not to enter the school grounds at the beginning or end of the day unless it is essential and approved by the principal. Please use the kiss and drop zones on Investigator Drive and Traeger Court. If this is not possible, please drop your child off at the school boundary gates. Please do not congregate outside the gates and always maintain the appropriate physical distance from other adults. Parent volunteers in classrooms will be on hold until further notice. More information on excursions, events, sporting activities and use of masks will be available soon. Thank you very much for your support over the last couple of days. We look forward to having your child/ren back to school on Monday. Regards, Kristian Mundy

11.01.2022 Families who have placed canteen orders in advance via Qkr! can cancel them on the app and it will credit back to their nominated account.

06.01.2022 Rescheduled for this Thursday! On Thursday 26 November (this week!) rooms 41, 42 and 43 students are holding a Christmas craft market to raise money for a charity to be nominated by the students. All items are $3.00 or less. If your child would like to shop at our market, please send them along with some coins on Thursday. The market will be open at first break.

06.01.2022 SA Health We have been advised by SA Health to encourage parents to provide children with their own personal, labelled and named water bottles for the last 2 weeks of this term. These can be refilled at the drink fountain next to the canteen or from the water taps at the troughs. This will ensure children are not drinking directly from the taps and most importantly avoid them placing their mouth directly on the fountain or bubbler. These are all the un-named lost property drink bottles we currently have in the front office, please collect if they are yours.

01.01.2022 Aquatics rooms 33, 39 and 40 The team at Port Noarlunga Aquatics has deemed the expected weather conditions for tomorrow, Tuesday 1 December as unsafe and has therefore cancelled the sessions planned for tomorrow. The school has been in communication with staff at Port Noarlunga to potentially reschedule the date. This will be a challenge at this time of the year and any updated information will be forwarded as soon as it is received.
