20.01.2022 Training Day Where: Wallan Secondary College (Main Gym) When: Saturday 16th of June 2018 Kidz Karate 9-11am $25 Neko Ryu 11-2pm $40 ... With gradings only a few weeks away this training day is crucial and could be the difference between being able to grade or missing out, so try to support the day. Had a few away tonight and with Monday being a public holiday I didn't catch my Wallan folks. Hope to see a good crew on the floor sharpening there skills in readiness for our big mid year grading.

We work on a 30-15 concept 30 minutes of hitting pad...s and developing fitness and skills. 15 minutes of controlled sparring concepts using 2 main rules First rule of Fight Club sparring is we have no desire to hurt each other.
