12.01.2022 We have a final draft of the updated dress code policy to share with you. We thank you for adding your feedback on the previous draft. The final date of community consultation for this policy is next Wednesday, Dec 9 2020. Please email the school if you have further feedback or questions. Notable updates to the policy include: - the addition of leggings and round neck jumpers in our approved uniform items list - year 6 students will have commemorative tops... - minor updates to hair & accessories In addition the Governing Council wish to inform our school community the "Many Cultures" commemorative polo tops have been approved to be worn by students through to the end of 2021. 08.01.2022 Our SRC students out planting trees in our local community. On Thursday, we worked with @davidspeirsmp and @cityofmarion to plant around 400 trees along ‘Woodend Way’, the new pathway that runs through Sheidow Park to our school oval. We are proud to be involved with such a fantastic new facility in our local community. #woodendps

04.01.2022 It’s Walk to School Day! And what better way than to take the Woodend Way?! This initiative has massively increased walking, scooting, skating and cycling to school for the students of Woodend Primary School. And what a morning for a walk!
