25.01.2022 ~Cocktail of the Week~ ‘These Days’ ...Folks, this week we bid farewell to one of our most valued employees, Jacob. (@jacob_olsen1) He’s been with us over a year now so I’m sure you’ve said G’day once or twice, and if you’re in for dinner this week be sure to wish him well in his future endeavours! This week I thought I’d do one of his favourite cocktails; a classic Gin Garden, which if you don’t know it’s Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, freshly muddled cucumber & mint, cloudy apple & lime juice. 09.01.2022 ~Cocktail of the Week~ ‘Manhattan Skyline’ ...I’m sure we’ve all had a Manhattan at least once in our life; and I was lucky enough to finally get my hands on some maraschino cherries, and you know what they say, ‘When life gives you maraschino cherries, you make Manhattans!’ So if you haven’t had one before, I like to make mine with Rye Whisky, Antica Formula, Angostura Bitters & of course, finished with Luxardo maraschino cherry! We can’t take all the credit though, the hard work starts from our amazing local suppliers like @loop.growers / @charliesfruitmarket / @littleacremushrooms / @eurofoodsqld / @fonzieabbott / @borgosalumi @bacchusbrisbane to name a few We’re taking it day by d...ay as usual and can’t wait to spice things up more and more as the world gets healthier Hippocrates did say once Let food be thy medicine so we intend to continually deliver life saving meals to you beautiful people.
