25.01.2022 A simple training method ticking the social distancing from player to player. Important to note: 1. Players can’t touch my equipment- balls, or cones or tyres. ( Use stick head to collect balls.)... 2. Players come with their stick, shinnies , mouth guards and water bottles on to pitch only. 3. Wash hands before and after training. Follow the procedures and it’s simple! Done!

19.01.2022 Keep GK’s involved in training. Great for their 1 v 1 practice. Great for Players to improve elimination.

07.01.2022 In this time of difficulty for all, I will do our best to help you continue your training and fitness components of hockey that keeps you enthusiastic about our sport and life. I am, like our local Association and like many other sporting codes, working hard to get the right information to you in regards to managing your health. This is number 1 priority for everyone, which does include staying fit. With the CoVid-19 situation changing every day, its harder to deliver progra...ms in high numbers. I am still gathering information from Health professionals and government health advise websites in regards to training in small groups and as soon as I can confirm what we can and can't do. Once that is confirmed, we can look at the next step. On my WSA Facebook page you will see the options I have in appointment sections. Whilst a few facilities are closing down, this doesn't mean you can't train. Training can happen on grass also. Training on grass is just as effective for your skills and hand eye co ordination skills. It's also a lot of fun which is crucial in this time of uncertainty. One thing will be clear if we are to proceed, and that is the maintenance of your personal hygiene such as there 3 simple steps. 1. Washing hands 2. Using your own equipment 3. Practising your social distancing I ask you to be responsible enough to not turn up if feeling unwell. This is where the system will breakdown and we will become responsible for our small group sessions. Stay tuned for more information, however in preparation, take a look at my appointment section for what we can do. Feel free to reach out and let me know if you have any questions. I'll do my best to assist where I can.

05.01.2022 Ladies Masters Training has always been an enjoyable experience over the last 12 years. One of my favourite drills is this one. Three Player- 2 Ball exercise. A great drill for the brain. ... Trid’s Tips 1. Feet preparation before receiving ball 2. Look before you pass 3. Stay low in exercise in preparation for next pass coming after completing a pass. Have some fun with this one!

03.01.2022 Athletes: Be Prepared to Play- RIGHT NOW! Something for everyone so share this if you like it.

03.01.2022 Bunbury Roadshow 2020 One thing I love about visiting the country areas of WA is the receptive junior players that want to learn. The other not so secret part of going to the country is I get the chance to sing my 80/90’s power ballads on the travel up and down. I’m not quite sure how I sound, but goddammit I love it and to me, I sing like a rockstar.

01.01.2022 Hi Everyone: I've created an appointments page to my WSA Facebook Page for all you enthusiastic hockey players who need to keep playing. If you need to get some Private/ Semi Private or Small group training sessions, I can help you during these tough times. I will be asking people not to make appointments if you are not feeling well. I also ask you to maintain your hygiene and stay healthy and smart when handling yourself from day to day. I'm delighted I can help you stay enthusiastic about hockey and be prepared for whenever the season commences.
