03.01.2022 To all who were planning to attend, The Hills Model Railway Society wish to advise that the Model Railway Exhibition Planned for the weekend 2nd and 3rd May, 20...20 to be held at Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope Gardens has been postponed until the 1st and 2nd of May, 2021. This decision has not been taken lightly, but as we have a number of intrastate and interstate exhibitors who will be staying overnight in Sydney, a decision needed to be made quickly. The current situation we all find ourselves in needs to be taken seriously and based on the precedents set by other sporting and public groups left us with no alternative. We hope you will understand the reasons behind the decision and will not be put off attending in the future. This decision was made at meeting of club members and the exhibition committee. We need to ensure a safe environment for exhibitors, the public, club members and the venue staff. As we could not guarantee this we have been left with no alternative.
