18.01.2022 Just a reminder everyone. There will be a limit on the amount of people in the markets and each stall tomorrow to ensure we can maintain social distancing. You will most likely be in queue if you come during the peak times which are 7am to 9:30am. To avoid queue lines please come outside the peak hour times which are from 5am-7am or after 10am. If you have to queue please be patient, we will only allow people in when safe to do so, no exceptions!! Also please pay attention to... the pathway direction symbols and queue points on the ground. Please come alone where possible to ensure everyone can get in and out as quickly as possible. If we see anyone taking too long or lingering we may ask you to leave to allow other customers into the market. We apologise on how strict we have to be but for us to remain open for you we must do everything we can for it to be safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and continued support during these unprecedented times.

17.01.2022 Please note we are open tomorrow and every Sunday at this stage with a few changes to help combat the Coronavirus. As food and farmer markets are classified as an essential service, we will remain open as long as the Federal Government and QLD Health deems safe to do so. We and many other markets remain open to provide what we can for our community. Street Food is TAKE AWAY ONLY (no seats are available and no eating around the market is allowed, once you have received your fo...od you must leave the area). Fruit & vegetable areas are still open with the following rules: There are signs of how many people can be in a stall at all times There are queue crosses on the ground for people to line up on Rules upon entering the market: You must stay at home if you are sick! There will be only limited amount of people allowed in the markets at one time, please queue up in designated areas. Where possible please have one person attend the market for your household. Social distancing: Keep 1.5m away from each other where possible. QLD Police and Market management will be enforcing this rule and fines may apply! It is our social responsibility to one another to keep our distance, we are not around everywhere so please be considerate not just at the market but everywhere you go! Use the hand sanitiser stations upon entry to the market and as often as needed. If you have masks or gloves available is it highly recommended to wear them. If you are in the risk category such as the elderly please stay at home. You must queue in the designated areas marked on the ground. The markets unfortunately are no longer a social event, you must buy what you require and leave. There is no hanging around for a chat. We thank you all for your patience, support and understanding for following these rules and playing your part in keeping our markets safe for our stallholders and the community.
