25.01.2022 Michael has been extra busy during this lockdown time! Edit:- I can't seem to add comments to photo's at the moment. A compactus has been installed in the office, housing binders full of history. Michael has been restoring old beds & furniture to furnish "Grandma's House", which he has built inside the museum.
25.01.2022 REST in PEACE Alison Woods Stephen This week, Woods' Farming and Heritage Museum lost a family member. I'm sure many of our visitors have met Alison at the museum over the years since she returned to live in Rup - she knew the origins of SO many items, many from her parent's & grandparent's homes. Alison, along with her brothers John & Michael Woods spent years compiling their folders on Rup's pioneers, a valuable research tool for the future. Alison's personal family histo...ry research is amazing and her connection to The Cornish Association of Victoria and to Rup's Woods' Farming & Heritage Museum were some of her great loves. Our sincere condolences to Michael Michael isn't on Facebook, but we'll make sure he sees any messages. Link to 'virtual attendance' at Alison's Monday service is below https://facebook.com/events/s/funeral-of-alison-june-stephen/3210540599072104/?ti=icl See more
