18.01.2022 Just a life of brutal (blissful) consistency.. - Do you have to be 100% perfect every single day? No.. but.. striving for that be the case you're going to take yourself far past the point you started at and even maybe in a direction you didn't realise you wanted to go.. On the other side of that.. if you find happiness in going to the 101% point.. don't let people that weren't willing to make certain changes/sacrifices stop you..... 14.01.2022 It's a long story.. (not that long though) and it's far from over - 1. March 2017, 76kg, mentally struggling after losing 20ish Kilo's from depression/stress, made the decision to join the gym (yes let's be honest because at first I wanted to impress a girl), was scared shitless due to having had a spinal fracture/defects a couple of my vertebrae, realising that I needed help I contacted one of the PTs at the gym I was at (@mattythenatty_ you legend), I couldn't afford m...uch so I bought a program and a couple sessions to understand how to Train better (I know how just how much that helped me ), spent hours on YouTube looking at workouts and food tutorials.. starting trying to calculate my own calories along the way accepting that it's going to take time and serious consistency to get there I began my journey of what I called the "Forever Bulk" - 2. October 2019, 103kg, (bit of a time jump but that's the point..) Mentally still working through feelings of not being insecurity and feel a little lost with where I was at the time, took my time with training and technique to gradually work through the weaknesses in my back I had at the start, Roughly the start of 2019 I started working with @dan_teamecto on my nutrition and training (Which created a resurgence of direction and intent with my progress), just over a year of being a PT, learning a lot, Patience being challenged but also keeping with that mindset of THE PROCESS IS KING, at this time the decision was made to build up more to get ready to enter into a prep phase for a bodybuilding competition.. - 3. January 2020.. 116kg... Safe to say our mission was a success (if not my obsession with gaining admittedly caused my to spill over a little), acceptance of the process and the temporary nature of this look was a constant self reminder, yes there were days honestly when I had nervous breakdowns due to not feeling 100% on how I looked.. but again for me it was part of the process, there were benefits and drawbacks to getting to this point.. strength was HIGH, eating ~5000cals/day.. and the beginning of the process of dieting down into the show, and about to go through some HUGE learning experiences See more

If you're you are aiming to create a result, being able to view those numbers as data and creating adjustments to those numbers a result or change is guaranteed.. be honest with yourself, make that tiny bit of extra effort.. give yourself a map to follow to get to your destination (results!)
