To the amazing teams that I have the great pleasure of working with at Woodside Cheese Wrights Kris Lloyd Artisan CheeseFest&FERMENT a big thank you. The cheese and food industry is such an incredibly important part of my life, I hope that my r...ecognition will shine a light on all the cheese makers and food producers across the country and especially in my home state #southaustralia. Food doesnt magically appear on shelves, a lot if hard work goes on behind the scenes to get it there. From the farm right through the supply chain the economic impact the food industry contributes to Australia is huge - tourism, employment, exports and then there is just the sheer fun of it! At times I feel this vitally important industry that none of us can live without is overlooked.
