10.01.2022 Tomorrow, Saturday 10th October, is World Mental Health Day. One in five Australians are affected by mental illness annually, yet many don’t seek help because of stigma. During the COVID-19 pandemic, prioritising mental health and wellbeing has been more important than ever. This World Mental Health Day the message is simple: Look after your mental health, Australia.... Make a #MentalHealthPromise It might seem hard to focus on mental health and wellbeing at this time, but prioritising this is more important than ever. Making a mental health promise is a great way to remind yourself to look after your wellbeing.
